A Word about French Creek

French Creek is located about 6 miles south of Pottstown, PA. It receives more than 1200 trout annually and is stocked in March and late-April. This area begins at the Covered Bridge at Hollow Road and extends 0.9-miles upstream to the wire above Sheeder Mill Road Bridge. To access this area take Route 100 south from Pottstown past Rt. 23 to Pughtown Road. Take Pughtown Road east about 3-miles and park at the corner of Pughtown and Hollow Roads.
